Facilitated strategy, developed layout structure, and wrote fresh content for Taylor Associates’ first ever on-call submittal to WSDOT for 2009-2011 WSDOT Stormwater Services. According to Joseph J. Witczak of WSDOT, the Taylor Associates proposal scored highest out of 24 submittals.
Collaborated on strategy, managed, and wrote new content describing program- and project-level management methodologies and systems for five winning WSDOT on-call contracts for Jones & Stokes.
U.S. Department of State On-Call Contract Win
Facilitated proposal strategy, managed, wrote content, developed graphics, and coordinated with sub-consultant team members for RH & Associates’ first ever on-call submittal to the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Overseas Building Operations, winning a $5 million on-call value engineering contract in 2010.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Contract Wins
Collaborated on strategy and coordinated teaming, managed, and wrote content for winning U.S. Army Corps of Engineers proposals, including:
- A $3 million joint-venture environmental planning contract with the Seattle District involving 12 sub-consultants in 2006.
- Two $2.5 million value analysis contracts with the Alaska District, involving 10 sub-consultants each in 2003 and 2004.
Caltrans Contract Win
Collaborated on strategy and teaming; identified project challenges; managed; and single-handedly wrote content and developed graphics, winning a $4 million joint-venture value analysis contract with Caltrans, involving eight sub-consultants in 2005.
Overall Win Rate Improvement
BCLLC’s Anna Bremmer has significantly contributed to win-rate improvement throughout her career via effective go/no-go decision-making and producing high-quality proposals with compelling themes. During 2008 and 2009, she helped Taylor Associates improve its win rate to 80 percent! While at Jones & Stokes, its Pacific Northwest regional win rate improved to 52 percent by the first quarter of 2007.
Graphic Identity Development and Implementation
Directed graphic design and usability team in a collaborative process to develop Jones & Stokes’ first ever singular graphic identity for its proposals, which was adopted company-wide. Facilitated consensus-building at the corporate level, including all business development and proposals staff, and provided highly successful companywide rollout and training in 2007.
